Heritage Design
Penno Drafting and Design can also design modifications to your heritage listed home or building. We liaise on your behalf with the ‘Greater City of Bendigo Heritage Department’ to make sure your modifications are kept within their guidelines.
Each design comes with a full set of plans which includes;
- Floor plan
- Elevations
- Sections
- Site Plan
- Electrical plan
- Rescode (Clause 54) report
- Overshadowing and Overlooking plans at different times of day.

Grant will also meet with clients at their home to discuss their building plans and renovations, and encourages clients to share their ideas.
